You can return any products, for any reason (or no reason) within 30 days of receiving the goods. You just have to post them back to us and we will refund the order. If you could let us know what was wrong though then we hopefully we can sort it out, just ask!

Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no additional cost. Please inform us of any damage to the products as soon as possible and within 14 days of delivery.
If your products are damaged, faulty or the wrong items sent in error, we will cover all return postage. Otherwise you must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the products to us.
Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, usually on the day we receive the returned item(s), and you will be sent an email to confirm that the return has been processed. However, please allow up to a week for the payment to be processed.
